How bubli works
How does bubli work for couples?
bubli walks you through it, one step at a time:
- Your profile: share a bit about you two and your wedding plans.
- Planning quiz: let us know who you've already booked and who you still need, then set your budget.
- Budget: what's booked, what's planned, and what's left. No more spreadsheets.
- Vendor team: send requests, compare proposals, schedule vibe check calls with your shortlist, and book your favourites, all in bubli.
- Bookings and payments: manage your bookings and payments for vendors booked in bubli, including your booking agreements, payment schedules, and what's paid and what's due.

How do I find vendors?
Two ways: vendors send you proposals for your request, or you browse vendors on bubli and invite the ones you love to your request.
How do I send a request?
bubli guides you through it, one step at a time, from what you need to your style, budget and questions.
How long do I have to choose?
You have a set time after your request closes to review proposals and book, and you can extend if you need more time. You'll see the date on your request.
Can I receive proposals from vendors interstate?
Yes! Vendors who travel can send you proposals. Their profile shows where they're based.
How do agreements and payments work?
When you request to book a vendor, they send you a booking agreement. You sign it online, then pay through bubli. See our pricing page and Terms of Use for how payments work.
Is there an app?
No download needed. bubli works in your browser on phone, tablet and desktop.
Already started planning?
Do I need to book someone after I send a request?
Sending a request does not commit you to making a booking.
We've already booked some vendors. Can we still use bubli?
Of course. You can include them in your budget tracker and vendor team page.
Your information
Can I share my request with a vendor who isn't on bubli yet?
Yes! Email support@bubli.app and we'll let them know you're interested, and how to join bubli and send you a proposal. We may share your wedding month, your general region, the services you need and your budget range. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Will my request be shared outside of bubli?
To help more vendors discover your wedding request, we may share a few details from it on bubli's website, email and socials: your wedding month, your general region, the services you need and your budget range. We don't share your names, contact details, venue, photos or your own descriptions. You can turn this off any time in Account settings. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
